The owner of the hotel, Günther, was one of the pioneers of bike hotels in Val Gardena. He was also one of the first who recognised the biking trend in the Dolomites. Not least because of his passion for this great sport!

The hotel can also rely on its very own mountain bike guide who will accompany you every day on amazing tours. The small ‘Skills Park’ right next to the hotel offers the possibility to warm up before hitting the road on your bike.

It may look small at first, but this lodge has dedicated its heart and soul to biking: this is how one could define the smallest of the ‘Bike Hotels Südtirol’ members, the B&B Kedul Lodge run by Ellis and Wolly. SPA and Wellness, you say? Take in the scenic view across the Sassolungo - that’s all you really need. On top of that, the scrumptious breakfast buffet using exclusively regional and homemade products gives every biker the necessary energy to face the day. Wolly was one of the first mountain bike guides in the Dolomites and Ellis passed her ‘Bike Guide Südtirol’ exam more than five years ago. What’s special about the Lodge is that there is no fixed weekly programme. Every day is a new day, and bikers staying in the B&B decide what tour they fancy and off they go! Bikers also speak highly about the pleasant evenings sat around a barbeque in the garden, exchanging stories about biking, touring and, obviously, enjoying countless tasty food.
